Joe DeFranco's Simple 6 for upper body or Limber 11 for lower body (can't post links)

Increasing volume in the warm-ups is a good way to easily inject extra volume if you're a beginner.

Typically I do what's already been outlined:
bar x lots
40% x 5-10
60% x 2 x 4-6
