It was terrible, especially because I didn't even notice it. Got in some good training this weekend at a different gym. Will probably start going there on Saturdays from now on.

Body weight is at 195.0 again this week, it seems like I have found my maintenance intake level, but I feel better overall. Need to talk with my coach and see if it would be better to keep dieting down or just to try and shed a little more fat and add some weight for this meet.
