Legs are a little better today. As in, I was able to get up off the bed without having to use my hands. Quads are still insanely sore, to the point where I've actually been a bit worried. I'm going to have to fade into this volume a bit more slowly. I had thought that I'd be able to do it as written straight away, but I was wrong.
No worries, I'll just pay more attention to how my body is reacting. Bodybuilding day today. I'm contemplating the idea of applying the same sort of crazy volume in my other days to my shoulders specifically. My OHP is still terribly weak, and I bet that if I bring it up it will reflect well in my bench. I also want big ass shoulders.
