Bodyweight is up today- 226
It's because of the extra carbs I had yesterday. I ate way more than usual because I knew that recovering from my squat session would be tough. I'll do my best to make up for it by keeping my intake low today. It's going to be very interesting to see if I can stay below 230 when I start my cycle. I know for a fact that I could gain weight while on and it would be muscle. This would also help my lifts, so I'm going to have to really fight the temptation to gain. I need to work on relative strength for now, then later on I can gain weight if I decide to. I'm not nearly strong enough for my weight/size, and that needs to change before I think about going up in weight.
The goal is a recomp, and I have to keep that in mind. I'd really love to build a little muscle, lose a little fat, and gain a ton of strength. I'll have 10 weeks to make it happen.
