Thanks for the kind words, I hate benching with a passion because I just don't feel strong in it, but working on that.

^ I was so confused on why 520 wouldn't budge (got it up to my knees). It pissed me off but I figured it was just an off day and I was under some stress before training so that may have contributed. About 10 minutes later I was going through my SLDL's I realized what happened. I never put my belt on, at all with my deads. Just a mental lapse, oh well it happens.
