I smoked a whole chicken today, then I smoked a package of wings, then for good measure I threw some burgers on the left over fire. I did a pork shoulder and a package of chicken breasts last week. The only cool thing my dad ever taught me was how to cook on a grill.

In a few years I may actually try to start a small bbq restaurant. Most of them are terrible.
