Speed Bench - 3 Different grips
warm-up
225 + 100lbs chain - 9 sets x 3 reps - fast as possible

225 x 32 - high rep set after removing chains- pretty good for me considering fatigued from
speed sets

Seated Arnold Presses
80 x 12
90 x 12
100 x 14 failure

Dumbell Rollbacks
55 x 12 x 3

Lat Pulldowns
3 x 12

Hammer Curls
55 x 10
70 x 8
