Monday:
Squat Bar 1x5, 135lbs 1x5, 185lbs 1x5, 205lbs 1x5, 225lbs 3x5
Bench Press 115lbs 1x8, 125lbs 1x5, 135lbs 3x5
Bent Over Row 155lbs 1x5, 145lbs 1x5, 135lbs 3x8

Notes: The Bent Over Rows felt slightly heavy today so I just backed off a little. Only on 4 hours of sleep and didn't eat since 8am, lifted at 3:30pm. I don't plan to make that a regular schedule though so I should be fine next workout.

Nutrition: Lot of good food, primarily a moes double chicken burrito all the way with a side of guac for the chips.
