Sunday 2/9/14

Stayed up til about 3:30am and had some fun out on the town. Skip all of the drama but the day was going terrible to impromptu gym day.

Heaviest deadlift ever pulled from floor is 515.

Deadlift - 405, 455, 495, 545, 605x1.

Life goal of 605 deadlift achieved. About 9 months ahead of schedule and there were some that said I wouldn't jump 90-100 pounds on my deadlift by the end of this year.
