I take 200-400mg pre workout plus 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning (if I lift in the PM) or afternoon (if I lift in the morning).
I've taken 2 Rockstars and 2 scoops of Presurge Unleashed within a 90 minute period....
. That's about 700-800mg caffeine for those keeping track at home.
