Total: 670 + 20 + 60 + 45 = 795 minutes.
The hip and lower back muscle pull resulted in missing 3 of the 2 hour martial arts sessions - and this has sort of put the challenge a little off the track. I may still be able to touch 1000 over next three days, but it will not be easy.
