Forgot to update Saturday's workout

Squat 240lbs 3x3 (3 was the sticking point, I'm working on it though)
Bench 140lbs 5x5 (went up well)
Bent Over Row 140lbs 5x5 (all reps were tight and felt good overall)
Shrugs 135lbs 3x8
Tricep Pushdowns 130lbs 3x8-10
Curls 70lbs 3x8


Monday:

Squats 235lbs 3x5 (I am going to try to smash 235lbs before I go for 240lbs again, 240 was just crazy heavy feeling compared to 235)
Deadlifts 135lbs 1x5 205lbs 1x5 265lbs 1x5 (awesome feeling, everything on this left was great)
Overhead Press 100lbs 5x5 (again, felt great)
Bent Over Row 135lbs 5x5 (butter)
Dumbbell curls (felt like doing something different) 27.5lbs 3x8
One Arm Rows 65lbs 3x8 (did these slow, controlled, breathed steadily...I felt it)
