Unfortunately this diet did not work whatsoever for me. Any form of carb depletion just destroys my strength and leaves me drained. I'm not going to tell anyone not to try it because I read tons of stories of people having great success with these cyclical keto diets, but unfortunately it was a complete failure for me.
