Almost a hour long cardio session, the longest in a long time.

Taekwondo workouts start Monday onwards. Been out of touch for a while, so the first couple of weeks I will probably be training with both the beginners and the intermediate groups. So cardio (from taekwondo) will be ramped up to 2hrs/session for the next couple of weeks.
Going great ... Glad to hear the you are starting your Taekwondo sessions again ... keep charging hard brother ...
