Squats 225lbs 5x5
Deadlifts 265lbs 1x5 (switched to Over/Under grip)
Standing Should Press 105lbs (Failed on set 4)
Bent Over Row 105lbs 5x5
CGBP 115lbs 3x8
Barbell Curls 75lbs 3x8

Nutrition:
Breakfast: Out of eggs and turkey sausage
Protein shake and a banana

Lunch:
Baked Potato
Green Beans (3 servings)
8oz Chicken Breast

Dinner:
93/7 Ground Turkey 4oz
Subway Double Chicken Salad w/ sweet onion sauce (and a ton of banana peppers...I love them)

Snacks:
Protein Shake (its just ON Whey with 2% milk)
Chicken Biscuit
1 Cup of Ice Cream

Total Calories: 2420, 219g Protein, 71g Fat, 212g Carb, 29g Fiber (Fiber is extremely important to stay healthy)
Over a gallon of water a day
