You know you want to run your toes through it

Decent day today. Called it a little early in the interest of letting my arm heal. Diagnoses is pretty much a bad case of tendonitis in the brachialis, strains in the wrist and shoulder.

Push press
Bar x 5
95 x 5
135 x 3
185 x 1
205 x 1
225 x re-rack. didn't feel good today, didn't push it. will hit 210 next week
155 x 8
155 x 7
155 x 5 - this was harder than i thought it would be

Hang Power Clean
Bar x 5
95 x 5
135 x 3
135 x 3
135 x 3
135 x 3
135 x 3

Trap Bar Deadlift
315 x 5 - just to show that it can be done. some bros were saying no one could do that. New years dorks...

CGBP R/P
135 x 10/18/21/24 - holy balls this got hard quickly. Thats what she said?

Done for today, didn't want to strain my forearm any more.
Great workout Big Bad Brute! Yep, that's what I heard she says! Keep smashing Mountain Man(my new nickname for you because of your selfies that need a wide angle lens)!
