I treated myself to Deadlift Dynamite by Andy Bolton and Pavel. Im only through the first 20 pages or so and the book has already paid for itself. I implemented the set up suggested and I have never felt so tight pulling raw. Definitely a steal for under 10 bucks on kindle.
