Heavier squats today. Actually felt a bit too good and easy. Front Squats went well also. I have finished first cycle of this plan, so will be making some changes, primarily with accessory exercises.
The Bosu Hip Thrusters were tough, the bosu ball increases the range of motion significantly.
Chins - Added 5 lbs and meant to start with 3 x 3 and work up to a 3 x 5. I got a little carried away.
Condense - down to my final few servings of this product. Focus is good. What I have noticed of late have been the delayed beta tingles. Kind of odd, but then my sessions have been good, so who's complaining?
