Saturday night bench session went very well until the last rep as you can see below. I can't complain though as the reps before this went great and 530 went very well. The road to 600 will be paved with ups and downs but I will continue to work at it. You can never under estimate the value of great spotters who saved my behind or head for that matter. I have a lot of work to do in the shirt but I am loving the challenge.
