Saturday 21st December

Deadlifts.

I've been having a bit of trouble with not straight leg deadlifting so today was really structured around making sure my form was improving.

2 x 8 x 40kg
2 x 8 x 52.5kg
1 x 8 x 60kg
3 x 6 x 72.5kg

Shrugs
5 x 10 x 60kg

Bent over rows
4 x 8 x 27.5kg

Good times. My legs got sweaty and the bar kept sticking on them on the way up so I'll look into baby powder. It's too hot to wear longer shorts.
