Say, how did you get to handling 405 DOH without straps/gripps? Just gradual improvement over time, or some method or grip training thingy? For reference, I'm at ~350 or possibly 360 on a good day.
edit: Oops, I missed the bit about straps there. But still, I seem to recall you've deadlifted 405 DOH, without straps... and thanks for your reply. Cheers.
