Wanted to throw in some chin-ups or shrugs but, after deadlifting I was pretty beat.
Just being awake is hard enough with a hangover. I have no idea how you pulled off a workout with a hangover. I'm sure this one felt much better sober, lol. Either way, great work on both. Training with a hangover? Now THAT'S dedication.
