Squat/DL - Week 2

Had to sprint for the bus after work because it was early rather than it's usual 20 minutes late. In my mind it looked like T2000 chasing the car

Got to gym and did a light foam roll and stretch

Add belt
140kgs x 1
Add briefs
180kgs x 1

Add wraps
210kgs x 1

3" block pulls
140kgs x 2
170kgs x 2

212.5kgs x 2
217.5kgs x 2 479lbs HARD

Single leg dumbell GMs
3 sets of 8 per leg with 20kgs dumbell

Squats felt great tonight. Worked on forcing my elbows down and back position was much better. Also managed to hit depth with only 220 which made me happy.

Block pulls were a horrible height for me but still managed an extra 5kgs (11lbs) over last week.

Single leg work was really humbling. Barely got 3 reps in a row without almost falling over.
