Squat - 185, 230, 280, 325, 370x5
- Seemed achievable, not too easy but definitely had some left in tank.
Bench - 135, 160, 190, 225, 255x5
- Missed the last set, got 255x4. Shoulder is hurt from 190 and going up didn't help nor hurt it more really.
Barbell Row - 135, 145, 175, 205, 235x5
- Was already worn out but still got it decent.
Supplements helping but just not a good week.
