Thanks TDawg appreciate that! Drank a 5hr energy on the way to the gym so, that got me going a bit! On a side note, it looks like a 5x5 program but I'm actually following a simple power cycle and choose to aim for a 5RM to build up some size as well as strength. Build myself up to the big weight
