After two days of with food poisoning, back to the gym. I lost about a kilo over the weekend through not being able to eat. That sucked so much.

Tricep Pushdown
2 x 10 x 6 (I don't know the actual weight, it's just setting no.6)

Side raise superset front raise
4kg each hand. 10 reps each. Four times.

Tricep extension
3 x 10 x 8kg
