Oh yeah, they're tricky at any weight. But as you say, worth it. Same goes for bench. And apparently deadlifts too - like, pausing those when you've just got them off the ground, then continuing as normal. Haven't tried 'em yet though.


Great session overall, OHDL. And jeebus, that's a bit of weight to be chinning.
