It varies really, the first 4 weeks the max will be 45 mins. The middle day can be very quick due to the light squats and pressing movement. Once to start hitting PRs it usually takes 45 mins - 1.5 hours. Man the main thing is to continue to eat big on the "easy" first four weeks to set you up for weeks of PRs. My diet has been abysmal hence why I'm stalling so early. Learn from my mistake and you won't have to make them!
Goals for 2014 (current best)
Squat: 160 kg (135 kg)
Bench: 100 kg (80 kg)
Dead: 200 kg (180 kg)
Start training BJJ/Judo and compete, do a meet, eat more steak !
