Straight leg deadlift 45kg x 10, 10, 8

Deadlift 90kg x 5

BB Oh press 45 kg x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5.

BB Rows (lighter set) 47.5kg

BB Curls 30kg x 8, 6, 6

Close Grip Bench 45 kg x 8, 8, 8

Crunches with 10kg plate on chest, x 16, 10, 10

Great session, feeling good. all went as planned.
Wrist and hands starting to feel not as strong as my arms - I think I need to check out some grip straps or something

lower back also feeling a bit fatigued
