Felt better today, so i ended up having a moderately heavy day. Lower back, posterior chain still not 100%, maybe around 75% recovered, so I will not lift now until Wednesday. I need 4 complete days off this coming week.
Form was OK today, except for some forward lean on the 2nd set of 375, so I knew I was almost done. No lean on anything else today, so I am happy!
These are feeling really good and my wrists are adjusting each week as I increase the weight. (Clean Grip)
