Thanks all. Just came back from the sauna. Stretch some and I'm getting ready for tomorrow. Is going to be bench day w/o chains. I going to bench aprox to a 70%-75% my max. (10 x 10 of 270-275 aprox)

I'm still 10 weeks out. Can't wait to go home and train with some more gear. Here is not too bad...so far. After return, I will be adding to my routines dead press, floor press on upper body days and cambered squat bar, lock outs & GHR among other good stuff for lower body.
