week 5: DELOAD- just enough to break a sweat but not enough to make you feel like you didnt cheat yourself... the things we do to get stronger.


3x3 floor press with 225

3x50 tricep push downs (used 25 on the cable machine)

McGill crunches 5x10sec hold on each side.
