Well I took another video of my squats trying the advice you guys gave and it seemed to help. I actually managed to increase my weight although on the last one I almost didn't make it but managed to complete it and I don't think my form broke down too bad but not sure. I was pretty happy to squat 220 as I only recently hit 200lbs. I think my knees are not being pushed out enough which I heard can make it tough to stay upright so I am working on that.
