11/16/13- shoulders- for some reason, I was much weaker on BB presses today than I was last week. Don't know why.

Power shrugs- I am taking a page out of Steve's book, but have to take smaller steps because I am a weakling. I liked these much better than my usual "controlled" DB shrugs. I can already feel it in my traps. Suhweet!
