NOTES
Only recorded the working sets today. My joints, in particular my shoulders have been really sore lately so I backed off some of the heavier stuff. On Monday I will be moving back to 5/3/1 for a while to keep strength progressing but to give my joints a time to rest up.

Purus Labs

Condense and D-Pol
Mixed both of these together. Provides a very nice smooth and creamy fruit taste. The only negative I have experienced so far is one of the products not completely dissolving. I am assuming it is the D-Pol as the particles have an aspirin type flavor. Because of the residue the stack earns a 8/10

Focus - 9/10
Strength and endurance was great - 9/10
Pump - 10/10 - I was finishing up and noticed my arms were not falling to my side naturally. My Lats were swollen unlike they have ever been before. My triceps were also very tight. Awesome Pump.
