Its been a while since i posted on the boards... spent the past 4 months working on correcting structural imbalances and leaning out. Made some serious progress on the "functional scolosis" issues. Lots of unilateral stuff and focus on bringing up weak points. I have x-rays that i need to post sometime showing my before and after spine shape... major change.
Just got started back on squatting, benching, and deadlifting... i really missed moving heavier weight, but its still going to tame a bit to readjust. I havent moved anything "heavy" in 4 months and its showing
Body fat is pretty low right now. Probably around 9%... my lihtest weigh in was 172. 7 point caliper test showed 7.8% but that seemed a bit low to me. I'm at hanging around 175-178 right this minute.I'm glad to be back on the barbell
