BENCH DAY

had to lift at home today as the potential for sneezing and coughing in my spotters face was pretty high. A few achy and painies today, but I managed to forget about it for awhile.

Big milestones in bench and rows today! First time I have ever done a full ROM 300 lb bench press (even tho I used a Blue Slingshot) and firsst time ever rowing 3PPS, even tho I ended up using a bit more body English than I usually do. There was less of that tho on the 1 & a half set.

Really got pumped up to crush the rows today from my big bench milestone. Cranked up the screamo on the blaster and away I went.

The insanity continues Sunday as I have to do a 50 repper squat @210 lbs to complete a challenge I foolishly accepted haha. I have been given 2 sets to complete the 50 reps, but I want to do it in 1 in order to qualify as a Monster.
