As you can see in my side pic I have a bit of gut, this seems to be getting bigger.
I have been eating 2600 calories a day for a few weeks now.
My maintenance was about 2300. So maybe a surplus of 300 is too much.
Might scale the calories back, as I'm already have a 34" waist, and its
Height 5.7, current weight 164.5 lbs
I think I'm still skinny fat
