pork steak + ramen noodles (1 or 2 packs depending on what day it is), suddenly salad. or velveeta shells and cheese.

protein shake (2 cups milk, 1 scoop chocolate peanut butter protein powder)

lots of milk (32oz glasses)

lots and lots of whatever the wife cooks for dinner

bacon double cheeseburger with french fries and a bowl of gravy on the side (Fridays)

Pizza all day long on football Sundays.
