Chicken + curry powder in coconut oil
Chicken + italian seasoning + garlic + red pepper flakes in coconut oil
Scrambled eggs + fenugreek powder + sriracha

Basmati rice + shiiitake mushrooms + green peppers
Oatmeal + cinnamon + cocoa powder + apple
Rice noodles + chicken stock + shiitake mushrooms + kelp

A combination of the above combinations + various other veggies/fruits I can get at the local market
