Don't want to get up and get my book but I know my last weights I pulled
Sumo DL - 315x1, 315x1, 365x1, 405x1, 435x1
3 second paused rep goblet squats - 80x5 for 3 sets
Rear Delt DB - 20lbs for 4 sets of 12
Peaking and feeling good!
