My new job has aggravated my tendonitis so, instead of my usual 5x5, I dropped down to some triples and singles today. Was able to go a little farther than I expected. My daughter refused to record me if I went any heavier because she said my "face went all purple" and she was "gonna throw up if my head exploded", lol. I got a pr of 425 x 1.
