started off not really feeling in the mood for training, but once I got started that changed,
I had contemplated giving this session a miss & doing it tomorrow instead. But that's the start of a slippery slope, so I cut the BS and got it done.
had a great session, feeling buzzed now, its nice to the numbers moving up.
