Warm ups then 3x3 at 600 - felt easy but it's getting hard to obtain depth for some reason. Need to work on that.
Pause squats 3x3 with 405. 2 second pause count. Felt really good. A lot better than I thought.
Finished with 3x15 leg extensions and 3x15 leg curls.
