Thanks Rando, Chris, Alan, Lisa, Big Al, Sir Swede, Jio, Henry, and Ravi!! Body is feeling every pound today, but it would be alot worse without the Ark 3's. I was a bit surprised the 500 went up because the 455 felt too heavy, but that's the thing with deads - ya just never know.

I will continue doing exactly what I am doing and hopefully I will just continue to progress to that 1300 total for this Spring.

All of this is still sinking in.
