Well I have gone away from linear progression, but its not too much different. A lot of singles when in gear, and a fair bit of volume outside of it. Biggest change was deadlifting off the floor every week. Intensity levels vary, but I pretty much pick something off the floor every week. I missed a dead at the meet, but honestly my deadlift is probably up 30-50lbs.

Also do a lot of new lifts or variations that I have never done.

I almost recorded them, but was there was only a few people in the gym at the time so i didnt ask. I will get you some video of it next week.
