Bench - 245x3x(3 Sets)
Incline Bench - 85x5x(3 Sets) - Paused
Face Pulls - 12, 15, 15x3 (I think x10 pounds per number, so 120, 150, 150, it was one side of the cable cross machine)
BB Row - 215x5x(3 Sets) - These were feeling really good and strong.. really could have gone up a lot more.
