Default speed pulls

Warm ups: body weight box squats, rolling

Speed pulls against light bands (100lbs?@top)

440*1*8

Chest supported rows 4*15

Lat pull downs 4*10

Reverse hyper 3*15/ kettlebell side bends

Grenade ball static holds

I really focused on my starting position today. Most sets felt great. Anyone who pulls sumo should definitely check out Chris Duffins video he posted for us here. Lots of great tips that I can already tell are making a difference in my pull!
