Raw box squats with GCB
work set 385*8. Weight wasnt heavy but I had no stability with my trunk. My abs are just weak as water right now

SSB Olympic squats with 1 plate
25 reps. These were awful and have my legs really burning today

Pull down abs
3 sets

Glute bridges 3 sets

sit ups
3 sets

rdl
2 sets

ghr
half a set. Im not a fan of the one in our gym. I always smash my nuts.
