10/14/13- Chest/tri's- I was going to do a deload week this week since I have been lifting at 85% or higher for a while but, after doing some research this weekend, I think I am going to keep going with what I have been doing while adding in some subtle changes here and there.
Just got back from vacation last night and slept late today. Between not eating right and spending one night partying on vacation combined with not getting much to eat before hitting the gym today, my workout suffered a little. I will rebound next week.
